Father and son business, with awesome personalities! My wife and I purchased 2-Magicycle Ocelot 2.0 pro bikes and couldn’t be happier. They are fat tire bikes which are phenomenal on and off road and the range they are truly capable of, eliminating range worry fatigue. Although we did add a couple of C9 extra comfort saddles, the bikes are very well appointed. Don’t go the online route until you check out these guys for just pennies more. This also keeps our brick and mortar stores in our future! You guys are incredible.

We rented E bikes for two hours and had so much fun we rented them for the weekend. Owner and son were so nice and willing to take time to talk to us about all things E Bikes. After this weekend we are looking to purchase and I’m convinced this is the place we’ll go! Thanks Rock Cut for the great weekend!!

I purchased 2 Meetone Tours from another source. Been having problems for about 6 weeks. I contacted them and they where more then willing to look into and rectify the problems. They worked with Meetone for warranty work and even came to my house to pick it up. Great service great guys. They got my business from now on.

He was very knowledgeable about the bikes, answered all of the questions that I had, and allowed me to test out a few different bikes to find the one I wanted. We just bought two Eunorau E-Fat MN e-bikes. Jim and Lerma were great to work with. They were extremely helpful and allowed us to test ride several bikes before settling on the ones we bought. Jim is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Definitely recommend Rock Cut E-bikes.

I am VERY impressed. My wife suffers from medical conditions that have made it impossible for many years for her to ride a bike. I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a few months.
We finally made it over and rented one for an hour. It was awesome. We went on a 10 mile ride and we absolutely loved it. We didn’t plan on it but we ended up buying two bikes.
I’m really looking forward to spending time with my wife exploring the trails. Seeing her smile going down the path is worth every cent.
Todd was absolutely fantastic to work with. No sales pressure at all, not even a little bit. They have a huge selection of many different brands and models and he helped us pick one out that worked for us. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out.

This Roscoe location is the perfect spot for folks looking into e-bikes to test these zippy little things out. They currently offer a rental service, and the shop is right on an extensive well-maintained bike path, with easy access to Hononegah Forest Preserve for a small bit of off-roading, so you can give a starter model a try on a few different terrains. A two hour rental and a Hononegah park picnic sounds like an ideal date!
As a beginner, I wasn't sure I'd love e-bikes, but after taking the rentals out and letting the air peel our eyelids back, I was hooked. We spent time asking the friendly shop owners a lot of questions and getting a lot of honest answers, and I feel confident about coming back to make a purchase soon. Because of the access to the path, trying a different model to make sure it's the right fit for you is easy.

Excellent selection! Personally knowledgeable about every bike! We have e- bikes, but stopped in to get info for friends who are interested in purchasing bikes. They took the time to explain pros/cons of each type, services they provide and tours, knowing that we were not purchasing a bike. Great small town hospitality, with big town selection and services. We will be referring friends.
In regards to a previous comment from another person: businesses must prioritize service on a first come basis. I believe their turnaround time was reasonable.

Jim was just perfect in explaining all the details from electronic LCD setup to folding the bike... very through and he even responded on Facetime right away when I couldn't figure out the assembly when I got home. I live about 72 miles away from Jim's location and he added padding and tied it down perfectly for travel. What a delight to work with a vendor like Jim in an virtual world where everything is dropped off and now one is there to assist. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive for a perfectly assembled ebike that actually work w great customer service.
Loving it, did my first 10 mile trek yesterday!!

Todd set me up on a test ride, walked me through how to safely handle the bike, and made sure I felt comfortable on the route.
The shop itself is impressive — a cool setup, great selection, and the kind of place where you know you’re in good hands. Honestly, I felt so much better going through a brick-and-mortar store than trying to figure out an e-bike purchase online by myself.
If you’re even thinking about an e-bike, this is the place to go. Kudos to Todd and Rock Cut e-Bikes for outstanding customer service! 🚴
